The Federal Communications Commission requires all TV and radio stations as well as applicants for new stations to maintain a file containing documents relevant to the station's operation available for public inspection. The public inspection file generally must be maintained at the station's main studio. Connecticut Public Broadcasting Inc. maintains files for CPTV and WNPR at its offices in Hartford, Connecticut.

Connecticut Public Broadcasting Inc. makes its public inspection file available at any time during regular business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Although you do not need to make an appointment to view the file, making one may be helpful both to Connecticut Public Broadcasting Inc. and you.
